Welcome

The STEP program offers supported employment assistance for qualified persons 18 years of age and older. The program is designed to assist individuals in choosing, seeking and keeping community employment.

We invite you to work with our staff who can provide vocational assessments, career counseling, job search assistance, job skill training, and long term follow up services.

In addition to assisting with employment-related concerns, the STEP program refers individuals to community agencies for assistance with other unmet needs, among them; transportation, housing, food, clothing, health care, education/training and legal assistance.

Funding for the STEP program is provided by the State of New Jersey.

The STEP program is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
